Regional Innovation Capability of China Based on BP Algorithm

摘要：

BP artificial nenral network simulate* the human brains neural network works, and establishes the model which can learn, and is able to take full advantage and accumulate of the experiential knowledge, thus minimizes the error between the optima solution and the actual value. In this paper, regional innovation capability of China and comparison of three regions are analyzed by the regional technological Innovation capability assessment model and BPANN.
