The equilibrium of the outputs strategy between the region and the sub-regions

Because of the existence of the difference between the regions, the development of regions is imbalance. From the outputs aspect, applying the equilibrium analysis, this paper discusses on the equilibrium pattern of the outputs strategy between the region and the sub-regions, and researches on the equilibrium model.
