Design of Control and Drive System of IGBT Based on Dynamic Harmonic Filter
This is a design of a stable and reliable control and drive system of IGBT, according to the requirement of the dynamic harmonic filter. This design is centrally controlled by a 89C52 MCU and it mainly consists of 89C52 MCU, FPGA, touch screen, alarm circuit, drive and protection circuit, intelligent electrical energy sensor. It has main functions of collection of harmonic parameters of the power system, data processing and transmission, PWM generation and control and short-circuit overcurrent protection. This system can generate a 6-group PWM pulse whose pulse width and frequency can be adjusted. It has the advantages of high precision, little interference, high flexibility and controllability. The design is successfully used in the control and drive of IGBT in the dynamic harmonic filter after its functions have been validated by simulation and it has good stability in control.
