Study on Impact of Upender Based on ADAMS

A numeric virtual platform of semi-automatic hydraulic upender was built in MSC.ADAMS, and discharge port was modeled flexibly. The virtual shock test of the discharge port was conducted on this platform according to the impact force models to obtain the anti-shock performance limits of the upended. This method can simplify designing and researching processes of mechanical product, shorten researching period of product, reduce expense and cost, and finally obtain the best innovative designing product
