Research on IP Risk in Technology Transfer between Vietnamese-Chinese Enterprises

摘要：

Since Vietnamese opened its automotive market to the world in 1990s, Chinese automotive firms gradually started technology and industry cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises. Based on the cooperation practice, this paper explored factors of IP risk in process of technology transfer between VietnameseChinese enterprises with risk theories and gave further suggestion on how to protect IP. The results showed that the factors of IP risk could include IP transferred, IP loss, IP infringed, IP advantage weakened etc.
