Study on the Capabilities Model of BPO Service Provider with Relationship Concerning
The purpose of this paper is to discuss business process management competence and relationship management competence as core capabilities for BPO service provider, based on theories of RBV and Social relationship. Resources can be integrated in business process that can bring competitive advantage than others. And cross-organization relationship also is a resource for firms which reflect the capabilities to gain social resources. Then relationships built by BPO service provider and their client through their process outsourcing can integrate world-class capabilities to gain advantage over others that made the business goto forward, built strategic partner relationship and get the strategic goals.
