Study on the Third Party Conflicts Management Mechanism of Knowledge Alliance

摘要：

When a third party conflict management agency is introduced to knowledge alliance, it has an important role in conflicts coordination. The third management party may ensure reasonable distribution of income, impartial assessment of the performance of members, fact-finding for the conflicts. The third management party is required to have the expertise knowledge, independence, authority conditions. In the process of interest conflict coordination, the third management party can take Shapley value method to fairly distribute alliance interests.
