Design on Ohmic Heating Sterilization Device for Food Based on AYR Microcontroller

摘要：

At are described in this paper that hardware and software about methodology and implementation of ohmic heating sterilization Jts control chip is AVR microcontroller There are two units in hardware,drive unit and control unit. Main functions are finished in software partsjnduding parameter setting of control system, temperature sampling, voltage adjustment, automatic control of temperature in heating process, the keyboard and display.
