Application of Wavelet method with nonlinear threshold control in Vehicle Wheel Force Signal Denoising
In vehicle tests, wheel force transducers are installed on the wheel. So the force data gathered are mixed with noises in different frequency bands and it is difficult to filter the noises with traditional methods. This paper proposes a new wavelet method with nonlinear threshold control of the wavelet coefficients. The results of an experiment with this method show its correctness and efficiency in noise reduction of wheel force signals.
