Analyses of US Dollar Trends and the Effects
The dollar has been becoming cheaper and cheaper since the cheap money policy that Federal Reserve is taking and the national conditions of the excessive consumption the citizens prefer to. Under the cheap money policy the FRB hopes to recover the economy in the process of the depreciating dollar. Of course people worry about the safety of the US bonds such like the Treasury security bonds in the process. The dollar index may rebound in its down process for the sake of fulfilling the safety demand of the dollar bonds. But the index should be down on the mega trend before the recovery. In the down process the economy will be recovered finally in a zigzag way and the safety of the dollar bonds should be paid close attention.
