From the prospective the theory of knowledge division the article analyzes why knowledge chains interorganizational knowledge creation is the result of knowledge division, and analyzes how knowledgechains inter-organizational knowledge creation creates value: through knowledge division the knowledge chains inter-organizational knowledge creation can reduce cost of knowledge creation, Shortens knowledge creation period, reduces risk of knowledge creation, and increases chances of knowledge creation.
