Application research of extension weighted fuzzy logic in Chinese herbal medicine expert system

Proposed extension weighted fuzzy logic (E-WFL) to resolve the knowledge representation and reasoning problems of Chinese herbal medicine expert system. EWFL-based production rules achieve amalgamative expression of diversity problems such as fuzzy problem, exact problem, intermediate conclusions, and continuous variables within atoms premise. On the other hand, E-WFL-based reasoning embodies classical orlogical operation in weighted fuzzy logical operating set, that not only make up for the latters lack of reasoning logic but also make logical reasoning system more extensive and reasonable.
