Theoretical Study of Customer Satisfaction and Assessment of Satisfaction Degree
Under the condition of market economy, it is a critical problem for power supply enterprises to face that how to marketing-oriented, customer demand for the purpose, enhance service awareness and improve service quality. Providing good service for customer is not only an important means to develop the electricity market, but also an anchor to enhance the corporates brand and image. This paper is based on customer satisfaction theory, analyze evaluation indicators and implementation process of customer satisfaction degree and gives way to improve customer satisfaction degree. Measuring the quality of service by the way of comprehensive evaluation of services quality for power supply enterprises play a decisive role in improving the quality of service.
