Study of the Port Information Construction Based on BPR

摘要：

The theory of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an effective way for corporations to achieve the dramatic performance. It is widely used in many social fields due to the remarkable achievement. This paper firstly presents the core idea of the BPR. Then, discusses the relationship between the BPR and the port information construction. Finally, it put forward there are two steps to carry out BPR in the port information construction bases on the deep analysis of the characteristics of port work activities. In a word, this paper mainly studies the BPR will be the information time development inevitable trend and an effective way to enhance the existing ports working efficiency and service level.
