Modeling and Compensation of CNC Machine Errors Using Weighted LS-SVM
Least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) method has very prominent advantages in nonlinear functional mapping. This paper used an improved LS-SVM, proposed a positioning error modeling method for each moving axis of CNC machine, on this basis, performed a positioning error compensation experiment to validate effect for each moving axis, through the experiment of CNC error compensation, proved the accuracy and feasibility of LS - SVM, and significantly improved CNC precision.
