The Study on Information Services Model based on Short Message Service

摘要：

Along with the advancements of mobile information technology and the advent of 3G technology, the rapid development of Chinas mobile information will be further promoted. Consequently, more and more business units will set up their own Mobile SMS platform. The research and implementation of this system provide the public with an efficient, friendly, people-oriented and service-oriented government operation and management mode, and set up a convenient communication bridge between the government and the public. Therefore, the SMS-network oriented E-government platform has great social and practical significance.
