The Research of Paper Datum Management Information System

摘要：

Now, paper management is becoming an important work in many colleges and universities, and the digitization of paper management is a significant constituent part of the information of college management. We have studied a universal framework of comprehensive management system spanning departments and geographical positions by taking the opportunity of the developing of the paper management system. The framework provides support for setting up large complicated distributed application fleetly, efficiently, expansively and safely, and it is a new project to realize the standardization of paper information management. These instructions give you the basic guidelines for preparing papers for WCICA/IEEE conference proceedings.
