The Application of Association Rule in Building Key Performance Indicator system of Project

摘要：

This paper combines association relation of data mining with performance management, extending the application domain of data mining, and making up for the extraction process inadequacy of top-down performance indicators, which can only make qualitative analysis. It gets associations among the key performance indicators by quantitative statistical analysis, and for the key performance indicators process provides new ideas. The text builds science and effective system of indicators based on data analysis, and advances the performance indicators solution by data mining.
