A stochastic equilibrium model and algorithm with combined mode under elastic demand in networks

In this paper we propose a new stochastic equilibrium traffic assignment model with combined mode under elastic demand in transportation networks. The model is expressed as a variational inequality that can result in logit-type stochastic user equilibrium route choices and logit-type stochastic transfer point choices. Furthermore, we design an algorithm to solve the proposed model.
