Research on Applying High Resolution Remote Sensing Image in Urban Land Grading and Benchmark Land Price Assessment

摘要：

Remote sensing data, especially high-resolution remote sensing data can be used as the key source of information on land grading and the benchmark land price assessment. It has seldom been used in grading and valuation in the past. In this paper, object-oriented image classification technology is used to extract information such as urban built-up area, urban and rural woodlands, rural farmland and others from high-resolution remote sensing images. This information can play a greater role in the land grading and the benchmark land price assessment.
