Study on Land Tenure Agreement in Coal Mining Subsidence Area

摘要：

The reclamation for coal mine subsidence is the main task of land relamation in our court try,and it is the main measures to achieve the sustainable development of the mine area.There are more macroscopical study than microcosmic study in relamation system. After the reclamation, the land property proprietor is fuzzy, and the relationship between the land utilization and the reclamation duty is not explicitly, therefore, there are many problems in the land use after reclaiming.On the other hand,it causing the reclamation the land has not been used effectively, even the idle land appeared. This paper analyze the present condition situation around the mining coal collapse reclamation, and then find out the reasions. Finally ,this paper proposed the mentality and the plan which can improves this phenomenon.
