The research of artery thrombosis mechanism after Bilateral Total hip replacement surgery

To analyze the etiology and prevention of artery thrombosis after bilateral total hip replacement surgery. Methods: Clinical data of one patient with postoperative artery thrombosis was reviewed. Results: The results line 2 days after double hip replacement, there is not good blood supply right foot, blue thumb, to reduce skin temperature, dorsalis pedis artery and the popliteal artery is not palpable, ultrasound confirmed: external iliac artery atherosclerosis and thrombosis; shares artery in the lower thinner arteries, thrombosis, no flow signal. Be diagnosed as lower extremity arterial thrombosis, given platelet aggregation inhibitors, thrombolytic therapy such as postoperative necrosis of the right leg two weeks, the line appears right leg amputation. Conclusions: Prevention of atherosclerosis, platelet aggregation inhibitors in early stage and reduce the operative time, intraoperative blood pressure control should not be too low to avoid excessive hip internal rotation and negative factors of vascular injury, and placed on the knee rest position, to encourage to some extent, the early activity may prevent arterial thrombosis.
