Research on Service Reliability of Railway Logistics Center with Continuous Queuing Theory

Under the market economy, the trains or freights arriving to railway logistics center are stochastic. The railway logistics center and the trains (or freight) form stochastic service system. Railways service quality can be improved by improving railway logistics centers service reliability. The customers cost can be reduced too. Text researched the railway logistics centers service reliability with continuous queuing theory. General service distributing M/G/n/∞queue model was classified discussed. Distribution of service interval was Erlang flow, adjusting flow, and exponential distribution. Then service reliability of railway logistics center was educed by solving systems service efficiency. Queuing model of more excellent service efficiency and service reliability was found. Distribution of service interval of more excellent service efficiency and service reliability was found. The theory result is consist with computers simulate result.
