Development of a set of automatic pearl grading machines

摘要：

machine is composed of feeding machine, imaging system, central control system and separator. Pearls are lead to imaging system through feeding machine. And the digital pearl image is grabbed and analyzed in central control system. Pearls are then separated into different tagged boxes based on analysis result. A set of automatic pearl grading machines includes several single machine which serve grading of different features, like color, texture and shape.
