Exploration and Innovation of the Personnel Training System of Machine Design Manufacture and Automation Speciality

摘要：

Based on the background of machine design manufacture and automation speciality, it is a feasible way to deal with the contradiction between the talent demands of mechanical speciality and culture system, and to cultivate applied talents of mechanical speciality which runs through the whole modular teaching plan, and to construct teaching system using innovation ability training throughout the experiment teaching system in the view of quality-oriented education. The analysis and practical data statistics shows the obvious teaching effect on professional teaching program, mechanical design competition and patent application, and so on.
