Design for Excavator Simulators Data Acquisition System Based on CAN Bus
According to the really on the basis of existing excavator cab, a method of excavator simulators data acquisition system based on CAN bus was designed in this paper. Adopting the advantages of DSP30F6012A processor of multiple external peripherals, high sampling rate and full function CAN module, the Hail sensor that installed under handle and pedal plate generated the displacement signal which could be collected by the data acquisition system. The designed scheme of hardware was described in detail, and the flow charts of control software and PC show software were displayed. It was proved by experiments that this system possessed simple structure, high safety and reliability, and it could successfully complete the excavator simulators data acquisition.
