Design for General Performance Assessment System Based on Three-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model
Performance assessment is an important means to comprehensively assess the employees performance. That the various assessing objects are subject to the same assessing indicators and weights seriously affect scientificity and reliability of the assessing results. The assessing objects are grouped according to nature of work, setting with various three-level assessing indicators and weights. The assessing results are comprehensively evaluated to realize quantitative conversion of assessing results, instead of in a qualitative way. It enhances scientificity and reliability of the assessing results using three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. On basis of this, a three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based general performance assessing system is designed and realized. The practical result of use shows that this system features better universality.
