Investigation and Reflection of Employment Status of University Students in Engineering Colleges

摘要：

For the current domestic situation in engineering graduates, based on the survey of more than thousand engineering graduates of more colleges and universities and more than 200 employers in the paper. Detailed analysis of the existence problems of engineering college students in the course of employment, and put forward the effective measures including deepen teaching reform of colleges and universities, distinguishing schooling characteristics, improving the comprehensive quality of students engineering, strengthen macro-control system and building reasonable employment system for government, actively participate in the training for the enterprises and so on.
