A 1-V piecewise curvature-corrected bandgap reference
A 1-V CMOS bandgap voltage reference with a higher PSRR and lower line regulation is presented. It features in utilizing piecewise corrected current to a conventional first-order current mode BGR. The new proposed 1-V curvature-corrected BGR has been successfully verified in a standard 0.18μm CMOS process. The simulated results show that the output reference voltage has a temperature coefficient of 2.08ppm/℃ from -40℃ to 125℃, the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of -64.77dB and the line regulation of 0.44mV/V in the supply range of 0.85-2.0V.
