The Application of Adaptive Control Method in Preheating and Stretching Process of Geo-technic Synthetic Material

摘要：

In this article, we take plastic geogrids of geotechnic synthetic material as the background, and use single parameter PID adaptive control algorithm in Preheating and stretching process which is the key step of the product process of geogrid, and base on the temperature-speed relation in the process of stretching, we bring in an intelligent temperaturespeed double control system. The temperature and speed can be kept at a best joint point by the way of adjusting the temperature and speed automatically in this system, it can improve the stability of the system, the stretching speed and the temperature control effect
