Identification of Metal Crack Signal of Deep Drawing Based on Wavelet Packet and AR Spectrum Analysis
According to the characteristics of acoustic emission (AE) signals generated from metal sheet in the process of deep drawing and the test environment, the method of wavelet packet was chosen to decompose the AE signals and eliminate the noises, and the friction of acoustic emission signals between the mold and the parts could be decomposed, finally the AE signals which can precisely represent the early tiny metal crack were left. With the ability of extrapolation and forecast, the autoregressive spectra) analysis is especially appropriate for dealing with the short data. With the experiment analysis, the advantages of wavelet packet and timing analysis are clearly in the process of dealing with the short-term impact signal.
