On the Current Situation and Countermeasure of Disabled Table Tennis in China
This study aimed to provide professional and scientific theoretical reference, thus to promote the development of the event of disabled peoples table tennis in a higher and better level in China. The paper comprehensively analyzed the current situation of disabled table tennis players participation and competitive performance in the seventh Disabled National Games of Peoples Republic of China. The result shows that (1) age connection among players is not very well and leads to deficiency in disabled table tennis athletes reservation. (2) athletes participated in disabled table tennis are increased and sex ratio are tend to balance in male and female. (3) medal belongings tend to multiplex and the competition comes sharper in contending medals and (4) more attentions should be paid in deficiency in cultivating highly disabled athletes.
