New Product Development Case Study of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Knowledge Management

With the knowledge economy era, the foundation of enterprise competition gradually shifted from the physical assets to knowledge resources. Enterprises efficiently create and manage knowledge, which has been used as the primary means of business. Therefore, we need knowledge management for deeplevel empirical research.This study based on manufacturing enterprises mainly focuses on the relationship between knowledge management and new product development, which Includes the meaning of knowledge management and structure, learning knowledge management capability is how to influence business performance and understanding the situation that national organizations promote knowledge management. By discussing the meaning of knowledge management activities and implementation of methods and results of empirical research, this study used new product development as a representative of business performance and provided a set of enterprise knowledge management solutions.
