Mental Quality Study of Chinese Firefighters

摘要：

Mental quality is the core of human qualities, the mental quality of Chinese firefighters to complete their work is the decisive factor. Combined with the actual situation of fire brigade and the occupational characteristics of firefighters, the mental quality of Chinese firefighters are mainly formed by the general mental quality and professional mental quality, and on this basis put forward to improve the mental quality of Chinese firefighters in several ways.
