Application of Value Engineering in Wind Power Construction Project in Design Stage
As a renewable energy, wind power is widely using in the electric industry and its clean characteristic also create huge social and economy benefit. This essay aimed at cost control in design stage, used VE principle to carry on quota design that pursue distributing total investment reasonably for arriving the aim of saving the life cycle cost This method improved the traditional evaluation way that compared the coefficient of VE to optimize the different scheme, while assumed coefficient as I firstly, made function of each part of the project march with cost, eventually provided a reasonable quota design scope for designer and owner and also saved the investment.
