Diversification about the Capital Financing of Rural Infrastructure in China
The construction of rural infrastructure is social overhead capital in the rural economy development At present, because of the shortage of construction funds, accordingly a serious insufficiency of supply of rural infrastructure, which greatly restricts the improvement of agricultural productivity and sustainable economic growth in rural areas in China. The key to solve the problem is capital financing in order to change the situation that the construction of rural infrastructure lags behind others.This paper tried to comment the main problems existing in capital financing of rural infrastructure at present based on descripting the current situation of rural infrastructure financing, which analyzed its feasibility of diversification in fund-raising. It put forward a conception on improving the system of rural infrastructure investment and financing from three aspects such as diverse investors, diverse capital sources and diverse capital channels.
