Optimization of Interferogram Phase Unwrapping Technology in FPDI
An advanced fiber point diffraction interferometer (FPDI) for measuring spherical surface has been introduced. The phase unwrapping technique of interferogram processing is very important for testing accuracy and the optimization method is studied in this paper. By analyzing the interferogram characteristics of FPDI and the basic principles of unwrapping phase, the least-square unwrapping algorithm based on preprocessing residual error points is developed and used in phase unwrapping of FPDI. The results show that this algorithm can eliminate most of the residual points and obtain continuous phase distribution with strong robustness and practicality. The work has great significance for FPDI and other interferometer design.
