Development of Fieldbus based Remote Monitoring System
This paper proposes an effective solution of remote monitoring between device network and internet. Which is based on field bus, and Profibus (Process Field Bus) is the most popular type of fieldbus with more than 20 million nodes (2007) in use worldwide. In our system, the connection of client has been set up, Data and parameter can be examined and modified by Internet Explorer in this system. Especially, when the real-time data and the historical data are visited, the different method is adopted with Java programming language. The speed of visiting the realtime data is greatly enhanced. The solution has extensive application prospect in many fields..
