Wavelength Division Multiplexer based on Ag stripe
Characteristic of Ag stripe plasmon waveguides with its size and work wavelength was studied and theoretical basis of choosing dimension under different work wavelength were given. The novel directional couplers composed of two Ag stripes were studied at λ = 1.31 μm and λ- 1.55 μm . Coupling lengths with edge-edge distance D are analyzed and 1310nm/ 1550nm wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer with smaller size were presented.
