Application of Decision-Tree Based on Prediction Model for Project Management

摘要：

In recent years, with rapid development of Chinas space program and aerospace technology, massive data of project management have been collected. However, provided massive data, there is plenty room to improve our project management standards, and the inheritable and applicable knowledge on data. This paper reports on methodology based on data mining techniques to tackle such issues, in order to promote project management standards and technical reformation.
