Application of Project Management in Static Organization

摘要：

As a new management model, project management has been more widely used in the practice of project management organization, but its implementation is not common in a static organization and its theoretical research is also minimal. This paper analyzes the reasons of the implementation of project management in static organizations, puts forward the solutions to some key problems of application of project management in a static organization, and finally discusses the areas in which the project management improves their performance.
