Design and Improvement of Tilting Type Cylinder Cover Casting Machine Safety and Quality Assurance System
Aiming at solving the existing clangers for casting machines in manufacturing,this paper designs an improved safety and quality assurance system for tilting type cylinder cover casting machines,which surmount the defects that occurred in traditional manufacturing process.The designed system includes manual low mould locking device and ejector pin height adjust device,and PLC programming towards control system of casting machines.The combination of negative pressure sensors and filter detection switches are also applied in the system to improve machines efficiency and lower the manufacturing cost.Practical results show the improvement system not only avoid many accidents but also lower the manufacturing cost,and the productivity is improved significantly.
