Image Processing Study of Mount Machine Based on Machine Vision

摘要：

Mount machine is widely used in many electronic devices such as mobile phones.Because these devices need lots of types of tags and conductive films.To improve production efficiency,mount machine have faster and higher frequencies.Machine vision is a technology which use machines instead of human eyes do measure and determine.It through use of CCD cameras for image acquisition,and image processing and algorithms,in order to identify the quality of the products.The use of advanced machine vision system that it can up to a higher level of efficiency and reduce defects occurred in the pick up,so that to improve the entire line of production and increase economic benefits.
