Controller Design for Input and State Delay Network Systems
This paper deals with the congestion control problem for queues in TCP/IP networks. In order to improve the congestion control performance for queues, the necessary and sufficient condition of existence of observer -based AQM controller is designed, and the sufficient condition of existence of static output feedback controller is also obtained. For the input and state delay TCP network mode, the LyapunovKrasovskii function is defined, and the system can be stabilize with the obtained controller and the state feedback control law by using linear matrix inequality (LMI).Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controllers can obviously improve the performance of congestion control for queue length in routers.
