Study on Tax Administration Quality Economy Based on Tax Ability Using Index Model

摘要：

This work analyses the definition and current research about tax administration system, tax administration quality and tax administration quality economy based on the literature both home and abroad, then the tax ability using index is constructed to express tax administration quality economy. The tax administration quality of the areas in one province with panel date from 2001 to 2006 is analyzed. The results of this work have great directive function for the practice of tax administration.
