Research on Export Credit Risk Management of the Small and Medium Foreign-trade Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises are emerging forces for import and export of China, It is very important for our foreign trade. However, most of the small and medium-enterprises are private enterprises or township enterprises. The overall strength of such enterprises is not strong, They have small scale, low management level and are lack of experience of credit risk management, even having not realized the importance of international market credit risk to foreign enterprises , their ability to resist risk is very poor. The financial crisis in 2008 did great damage to small and medium foreign trade enterprise of china. This thesis discusses the credit risk of small and medium foreign trade enterprise, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the foreign trade enterprises, and presents the concrete measures of credit risk management for small and medium foreign trade enterprise.
