Research on assessing the Capability of Technological Information Service based on the Structural Holes Theory

摘要：

Based on the linkage relation minding, the technological information service network is established. With the Structural Holes Theory of social network analysis (SNA), the technological information service network could be used as a new approach for evaluating the Capability of Science and Technology Information Service. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the exploring evaluation approaches of information service as well as the promoting the development of information service business in China.
