Enterprise Risk Assessment of Brain Drain base on Unascertained set
In an increasingly prominent issue of the brain drain situation, enterprises lack a scientific the risk of corporation brain drain warning mechanism. In this paper, the factors of the enterprise risk of brain drain are re-analysis, proposed a more comprehensive enterprise risk evaluation index system of the brain drain. As the factors affecting the brain drain cannot be quantified and the uncertainty of its information, it is difficult to assess the risk of corporation brain drain accurately. In order to accurately assess the enterprise brain drain risk , this paper based on the use of Unascertained set to establish a new set of evaluate model on enterprise risk of brain drain with a comprehensive consideration of their impact factors and to prove the feasibility of the model by an example.
