Discussion on a study of issues management in the software project

摘要：

The issues management is an important part of software project management. This paper analyzed the issues existed in the issues management of software project, presented the methods and procedures for implementing issues management, constructed the process flow of issues management. It will help the project development personnel accumulate the experience, improve the ability to recognize issues, analyze issues and solve issues quickly, and ensure the successful completion of software project.
