Use of Alternative Covering Neural Network in Intelligent Transport System

摘要：

As an indispensable part of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) which is the necessary trend of social development, License Plate Recognition (LPR) has broad prospects and research value. Experimental data show that the alternative covering design algorithm of Multilayer neural network that can identify license plates better under complicated situation is preferable in practical application of LPR.
